Yes, insurance is a crucial component of your rental with Roadside Retreats. You have two options:

Use Your Own Liability Insurance: If your personal auto insurance policy extends coverage to rental vehicles, you can typically use that coverage for our campervans. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm the extent of your coverage.  You must provide prove after booking.

Roadside Retreats Insurance Options: If you don't have coverage through your personal insurance or prefer additional protection, we offer insurance options. Our insurance provides comprehensive coverage for your peace of mind during your journey.

Do I need to Provide my own insurance?

Once your booking is confirmed, you can cancel within 48 hours for a full refund, as long as at least 14 days remain before departure.

Otherwise, the cancellation policy is strict.

  • Cancel more than 14 days before your trip begins: 50% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 50%)
  • Cancel 14 or fewer days before your trip begins: 0% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 100%)

The service fee, and the tax you pay on it, are not refundable. The insurance and other taxes are.

What is your CanceLlation Policy?

Yes, we understand that leaving your personal vehicle behind is a common concern. At Roadside Retreats, we offer parking facilities where you can safely leave your vehicle during your campervan rental. Our team will provide you with clear instructions on where to park, ensuring a worry-free start to your adventure.

CAN I LEAVE MY PERSONAL VEHICLE ON-SITE WHEN PICKING UP THE CAMPERVAN?

Renters must be at least 25 years old to book a campervan with us.

Comprehensive Walkthrough: Upon campervan handoff, our team provides an extensive walkthrough, ensuring you're familiar with all the amenities and systems. We'll answer any questions you have and provide hands-on guidance.

User Handbook: You'll receive a comprehensive handbook with your rental. This guide covers everything you need to know about operating the campervan's amenities. It's a handy reference to have during your journey.

Phone Support: If you ever have questions or need assistance while on the road, we're just a phone call away. Our dedicated team is available to provide real-time guidance and support, ensuring your trip is as smooth as possible.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY RENTAL WITH ADD-ONS?

We understand that convenience is key to a stress-free adventure. We offer delivery options up to 60 miles from Brentwood, CA.

When booking your campervan, you can select delivery as an option. Our team will coordinate with you to ensure a smooth and timely delivery process.
